Integrate Engineering & Science Practices Using EIE

 

 

Teachers, won't want to miss this FREE professional development opportunity this summer! Discover new ways to integrate science and engineering practices using the Engineering is Elementary program in your classroom.

Explore Louisiana’s Student Standards for Science in grades 3-5 and 6 – 8. Learn environmental-based instruction and ways to integrate science and engineering practices using the Engineering is Elementary program in these two-day workshops.

Educators who successfully complete the Engineering is Everywhere or Engineering is Elementary workshops receive a $200 stipend thanks to the Joe. W. and Dorothy Dorsett Brown Foundation and an Engineering is Everywhere kit complete with strategies to implement environmental-based instruction in the classroom. A limited number of seats are available.
